Dear WPATH 27^th Symposium Attendees:

We hope this email finds you all well and safe.

As we continue to battle threats to trans care both for clients and their healthcare providers, we wanted to send a brief note about safety measures at the live Symposium in Montreal that WPATH has put in place.

• No Press will be admitted to the conference.
• The hotel has security available 24 hours a day.
• We have added extra security guards during the conference hours.
• All attendees MUST always wear their conference badge, if an attendee loses their badge, they will need to have a new one reprinted at registration to attend sessions.
• The hotel staff has been informed of these possible risks.
• As in all past symposiums, there is to be no photography of people or slides UNLESS documented permission is given.
• Staff will conduct frequent walkthroughs of all rooms to do their best to ensure all those in sessions have badges.

We are confident that with these measures and hotel on alert, we will conduct an amazing and safe space for the WPATH 27^th Scientific Symposium in Montreal.
