Dear EPATH Member:

EPATH invites you to elect 2 Directors-at-Large to strengthen the EPATH Board. We are looking for two enthusiastic professionals, who are closely and positively involved in transgender healthcare, and who have an open, tolerant and research-minded attitude towards our field, and who will join our current Board.

On our website (https://epath.eu/about-us/meet-your-candidates/) you can find the list of nominated candidates & their personal statement. We invite you to read these carefully before voting.

All eligible (Full, Supporting, Emeritus) EPATH members (as of July 16 2021) will receive a personal invitation via WPATH (through survey monkey) to vote online. You will be asked to rank the candidates of your preference; you can rank all candidates (from 1-9); or less candidates (for instance, from 1-5); but you MUST rank a minimum of 3 candidates (1-3), otherwise your vote will not count. Voting is open until August 6, 2021, 5pm CET.

PLEASE NOTE: The invitation will come to the email address you are receiving this notice and that is the email you must vote with. It will come from survey monkey so please check your spam/junk folders. After checking those, if it is not received by Monday, July 19, 2021, please reach out to Rebecca Gibney at rebeca@PROTECTED.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:  If you have ever opted out of survey monkey you may need to contact Rebecca Gibney (rebecca@PROTECTED), once you've opted back in, and request a new invite to vote.

The results will be calculated using the Single Transferable Voting system, and the outcome will be announced at the EPATH conference in Sweden.
