Dear WPATH Community:

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2021 offering of the WPATH GEI Online Foundations Course, scheduled February 15 –March 28, 2021. We are excited to make this online learning opportunity available again to those who were not able to join us in 2020.

The WPATH GEI Online Foundations Course will include the following components:

1. Pre-Recorded Didactic Sessions, which attendees can stream starting Feb 15, 2021.
2. Two 2-hour Live Streamed Case Discussion Panels*, which attendees will select and attend between March 15 – 28, 2021.
3. One 2-hour Live Q&A Panel, which attendees will select and attend between March 15 – 28, 2021.

Registered attendees will receive the link to access the GEI Foundations Course Platform and begin viewing the Pre-Recorded Didactic Sessions on-demand on February 15th by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. When attendees receive this link, they will be prompted to set up an Attendee profile that will be visible to all other Course attendees, Speakers, and Staff. You will have the opportunity to watch the recorded sessions in advance of attending the live panels, and we encourage you to do so, so that you are well prepared for those interactive sessions.

Attendees will also receive the link to RSVP for their selected Live Case Discussion Panels and Live Q&A Panel on February 15th. Please note that registered attendees must select and attend at least two 2-hour Live Streamed Case Discussion panels, and at least one 2-hour Live Q&A Panel, to complete and receive full credit for the GEI Foundations Course.

All handouts for the GEI Foundations Course, including Faculty Bios, PDF copy of the SOCv7, and Accreditation information, will be available through the Course Platform. As an attendee benefit, you will have access to the Course Platform and all Foundations Course content through July 2021.

This course fulfills the Foundations requirement for members pursuing WPATH GEI SOC7 Certification.
