WPATH IN THE NEWS
This week there is some good news for transgender health, trans people, and providers of transgender-related healthcare. We begin with a story from Prince Edward Island, Canada, jump south to Venezuela, where one of our Directors, Tamara Adrian, also an elected representative in the government there, is relentless in her quest for justice and equality. Then back north, almost to Canada, where the University of Wisconsin - Madison is making it easier for trans-identified students to receive cross-sex hormonal treatment. Fast forward to the Philippines, where a leading LGBTQ publication is spreading the word about the latest report from the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law and an article about homeless youth. Back to the USA for a report on the state of trans health in the state of Virginia. And we wind up with a look at telemedicine in trans care. Thanks for being with us!
