**Exciting Opportunity to Support Future Professionals in Transgender Healthcare! **

We are excited to announce our upcoming virtual event hosted by the USPATH Student + Trainee Special Interest Group on October 20th. This event aims to connect our students and trainees with potential mentors in the field. We seek experienced professionals active in trans & gender-diverse healthcare and research to share their expertise and provide guidance.

Your participation would greatly contribute to shaping the careers of the next generation of experts in this essential area of healthcare. Beyond sharing your knowledge, you will have the opportunity to meet and engage with talented, motivated students and trainees who are eager to contribute to your projects and research. It’s a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with emerging professionals and offer mentorship.

This event aims to foster initial conversations between you and our students and trainees, and while ongoing mentor/mentee relationships are encouraged, they are entirely optional.

• All students and trainees will be USPATH/WPATH members. All mentors will be USPATH/WPATH members or handpicked members of our community with a demonstrated commitment to transgender and gender-diverse healthcare and research.
• We will minimize the public profile of this event by making this the only announcement sent exclusively to USPATH members.
• Further information on the event, including the participant list, will be kept strictly confidential and shared only on a need-to-know basis.
