Dear WPATH Members
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to remediate the website and database issues.
Early last week, our external server provider was victim to a ransomware attack, and WPATH was among the affected clients. This attack deleted all our content pages as well as our database. Our provider and the WPATH staff team is working diligently to get everything reinstated in the database and on the website as quickly as possible. Most pages have been restored; others may take a little longer to do so.
WPATH members are now able to sign in to their WPATH account, with a password reset. Please note that our team is still working to restore all WPATH GEI certification data in the system, if you do not see an event or course you attended/registered for, or certification credits you uploaded, you will see this reflected shortly.
As a precaution, when you log into your account for the first time, you will get a “Credentials Expired” message. Please click “forgot password” and look for the reset email and link in your inbox (Remember to check spam and junk folders as well).
As a reminder, your WPATH accounts do not store any sensitive information, like credit card numbers, driver ID, or the like.
