Dear Surgical Members and Colleagues:

It was brought to our attention at the USPATH conference that our WPATH 28^th Scientific Symposium that has been scheduled for September 25 – 30, 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal, is occurring at the same time as the ASPS’s plastic surgery The Meeting in San Diego.

We did run a conflict check before we signed, and this meeting did not appear. We have discussed adjusting our dates; however, it is not possible given that we have already launched our save the date and attendees have already begun planning their attendance at WPATH.

We recognize that this overlap is not ideal, and we will work to avoid this in future years. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

We hope you will choose to join us in Portugal at the Epic Sana Lisboa from September 25 – 30, 2024.
