USPATH is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium, being held at The Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado, November 1-6, 2023.
USPATH is pleased to be able to offer the symposium in both an in-person and virtual format, with two ways to attend the Scientific Symposium: attendees get more ways to view and attend sessions, to collaborate, and to interact.

We are thrilled to be able to meet in-person and welcome you this year at The Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado.
Attending the symposium live in Westminster will give you the opportunity to see your colleagues, network, socialize, and learn from leading experts in the field of transgender health.
Registration for the live USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium includes breakfast and lunch on November 3, 4, 5, and 6. Your registration includes 1 Welcome Reception ticket and 1 ticket to the USPATH 2023 Final Night Event. Additional Welcome Reception and Gala ticket packages for guests will be available onsite, at an additional cost, if space allows, and are non-refundable.

Live USPATH 2023 Surgeon's Course
USPATH will offer a live-only Surgeon’s Course at The Westin Westminster on November 1 and 2, 2023, prior to the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium. This program will feature a variety of gender affirming surgery topics, and is only available to those who plan to register and attend the live Symposium in Westminster.
For the first time ever, USPATH is excited to open registration for ALL ATTENDEES to join our Surgeons and Surgical Team Members on Day 2 of the Surgeon’s Course.
Day 1: Surgeon’s Only Day (for Surgeons and Surgical Team Members)
Day 2: Open to All Attendees* (additional fee required)

We are thrilled to host the following WPATH GEI Pre Courses live-only at The Westin Westminster on November 1 and 2, 2023, prior to the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium. Registration Cancellation/Adjustment Policy
All cancelations for the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium must be submitted in writing by email to wpath@PROTECTED.
USPATH will retain 10% of the registration fees paid if your registration is canceled prior to October 15, 2023, to cover administrative and processing fees. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2023. Cancelations will be accepted in writing only, via email to wpath@PROTECTED.
Switching from in-person attendance to virtual attendance will result in a refund of the fee difference, minus 10% to cover administrative and processing fees. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2023. Adjustments will be accepted in writing only, via email to wpath@PROTECTED.
Switching from virtual attendance to in-person attendance will not incur any administrative fees, other than paying the difference in registration rates. Adjustments will be accepted in writing only, via email to wpath@PROTECTED, and a special code will be sent to you with instructions on how to upgrade to in-person.
USPATH 2023 Equity Scholarships for Attendance at the Live USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium
Dear USPATH colleagues,
We are thrilled to once again announce that the USPATH Board is offering Equity Scholarships to attend the USPATH 2023 Scientific Symposium, as part of our initiative to promote equity and representation in the field of transgender health.
The USPATH Board will be awarding 5 Equity Scholarships to current USPATH Members* attending the 2023 Symposium in Colorado who meet the following criteria. (Each award includes free registration to the conference + a maximum of $1500 USD to cover travel, hotel, and per diem expenses outside of daily provided conference meals.)
- 2 scholarships will be awarded to current Student Members who identify as belonging to a non-white race or ethnicity.
- 2 scholarships will be awarded to current Student Members who identify as transgender or gender diverse.
- 1 scholarship will be awarded to a researcher or clinical staff person who is not working in a licensed role, nor a member of the investigator team. (Examples include: clinic front desk staff, research staff members, patient navigators, etc.)
*Applicants for the research or clinical staff person scholarship do not need to be current USPATH members.
Awardees will be selected through a random drawing process overseen by the USPATH Board. This initiative is aimed at promoting equity, inclusion, and the professional development of leaders from underrepresented communities.
