Last Chance to Apply - Submit Your Application for Open Positions on the USPATH Board of Directors
Deadline: Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 11:59PM EST
 
There is still time to apply for the following positions on the USPATH Board of Directors:
  • 1 Secretary of the Board Director position (2-year term)
  • 1 President-Elect position (2-year term)
  • 1 Student Member position (2-year term)
With this round of positions, we will be in a standard 2-year rotation of board positions.
 
Candidates for the Secretary and President-Elect positions must be current Full Members of USPATH for 3 consecutive years (paid member dues in 2019, 2020, and for 2021) and reside in the United States.
 
Candidates for the Student position must be current Student Members of USPATH for 1 consecutive year (paid member dues in 2021, and remain in their student status through their term, ending in Fall of 2023) and reside in the United States.
 
Please note that all USPATH Board Meetings will occur on the second Thursday of each month, from 1:30pm – 3:30pm ET.
If you are elected to one of the positions you apply for, you will need to attend your first board meeting on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 1:30pm – 3:30pm ET.

The deadline for all applications is Sunday, November 14, 2021, at 11:59pm EST. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
 
Applications will be reviewed by the USPATH Board and all applicants that meet the criteria stated, will be placed on the ballot.
 
Voting for the Secretary and President-Elect positions will occur with an online ballot to all current USPATH Full and Emeritus members. Voting for the Student position will occur with an online ballot to all current USPATH Student members. Members will have two weeks to review the candidates and vote.
 
The newly elected board members will be notified and announced to the membership shortly after the ballots close. They will begin their positions at the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting, following their notification of election, on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
 
 

Thank you to all Attendees, Presenters, and Moderators who participated in the USPATH 2021 Scientific Symposium live last week, it was an amazing conference and we were thrilled to welcome over 650 attendees to our virtual space, to learn about the latest advances in transgender health and network with colleagues in the field.

If you were unable to register and attend live, there is still time to register for the USPATH 2021 Scientific Symposium and Surgeon's Day program to view all conference sessions as Enduring Material through the virtual platform. Attendees who register now will automatically receive the 300-day viewing add-on with their registration, to view conference sessions through August 2022!
