Our records indicate that you have not yet completed the USPATH Member Survey, and we want your participation.

I hope this email finds you safe and healthy. The USPATH Board has developed the following survey and we ask that everyone complete it by Friday, May 21, 2021. We are conducting this survey to better understand the needs and concerns of our membership. In particular, we want to determine where disparities exist, and what demographic factors are associated with those disparities. The USPATH Board sees collecting these data as a core component of our efforts to achieve an anti-racist and equitable framework for the organization.

The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
