On behalf of the USPATH Board of Directors we are pleased to present you with the ballot for the four (4) open USPATH Director-at-Large positions.

After releasing an open call for nominations for four (4) Director-at-Large positions (2-year term) on the USPATH Board of Directors, we received ten qualified applicants for the available positions. We are pleased to present a ballot with all ten candidates. 

You will receive a separate email with a link to review candidate applications and submit your vote through SurveyMonkey this evening (after 6:00pm EST). Please note this email will be sent to the email address associated with your WPATH account, you may need to check your junk/spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox.
