On behalf of the USPATH Board of Directors, we are pleased to present you with the 2019 ballot for the USPATH Board Member-at-Large position.

We released an open call for nominations of this position from November 19, 2019 through December 12, 2019. We received four qualified applicants for this position, and we are pleased to present a ballot with all four candidates.

You will receive a separate email with a link to review candidate applications and submit your vote through SurveyMonkey this afternoon (after 4:00pm EST).
