Dear WPATH Members:

Don’t forget these very important announcements…

We have posted a call for applications for the WPATH Pilot Research Project Program on our website. This will be the first time that our association will provide research funds for investigators working in the trans health field. Student and full members of WPATH are invited to apply for these grants. WPATH will be awarding up to 5 research grants of $5,000 each. Awardees will be expected to present their research findings at the WPATH 2020 Symposium. Only WPATH members can apply for these awards. The deadline is September 30, 2019. Please register today for the USPATH conference; September 4 – 8, 2019 in Washington, DC. The scientific sessions are great, morning plenary sessions and don’t forget about the pre-courses for Surgeons, Nurses and WPATH GEI.

Finally, the SOC8 revision committee has been working hard and we are expecting the release of some of the preliminary findings from the early systematic reviews later this year.
